They show it through story.
Instead of saying “You need a funnel,” they weave that belief into a story the audience can see and experience.

⚔️ Create a common enemy

Want to ignite energy in the room? Introduce a villain. It might be “the system,” “the media,” or even that voice of self-doubt in your own head. Nothing unites people faster than a shared enemy.
